WP1 - Consortium Management ObjectivesThe objective of this work package is the smooth and successful management of the project, organization of collabo-ration and reporting to the EU office.
Tasks
Central management
- Steering Committee
- Liaison with the European Commission, including regular progress reports and response to any administrative or technical requests by the Commission services
- Legal and contractual management, including set up and optimization of the consortium agreement
- Financial and administrative management, including budget control and cost claims
- Securing information flow within the consortium and co-ordination of technical activities, including milestone control
- Set-up and optimization of project website for external and internal communication as well as dissemination
- Overseeing any ethical issues that could become relevant in the project
- Production of Final Project Report
Site Management
- Liaison between Coordinator and site activities
- Internal coordination for each site, including milestone control for system implementation and demonstration
Quality Control
- Preparation of Project Management and Quality (PMQ) plan
- Organization and overseeing of peer reviews for all project deliverables
- Final edit of all deliverable to ensure compliance with presentational standards laid out in the PMQ Plan.
